The product must be unworn and in the same condition in which they were received. The item must be returned with all the original documents (instructions, guarantee card, receipt) and packaging. The band should not be adjusted.
Jewelry cannot be returned unless it’s found to have manufacturing defects. If a visual defect is found on the item(s) upon arrival, you must notify us within 48 hours

In Cyprus can send the package by post or we can agree where to leave it for us to pick up the watch
When we receive the item, our returns department will confirm that everything is present and in its original condition to ensure its eligibility for refund. We process refunds as quickly as possible and you will receive an email to notify you when the return has been processed.
We process most refunds on the same day which they were received, but please allow up to 30 days for the money to reach your account. It rarely takes this long, but can happen sometimes for reasons such as bank delays or errors.
Defected items must be returned with all the original documents (instructions, guarantee card, receipt) and packaging using the same process described above. The watch will be examined in the authorized service center and it will be returned to you as fast as possible.

If you wish to exchange a purchase for another item, please just return your undesired item for a refund and order a new item. The returned product must be unworn, in brand-new condition.
